Affiliate Manager - French-Speaking
We're looking for a French-speaking Affiliate Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and turning ideas into results.
In this role, you'll manage and grow affiliate programs, working closely with clients and partners to improve performance and build lasting relationships. You'll use data to spot opportunities, make informed decisions, and help our clients succeed. Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required to communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and partners.
Location: Candidates must be based in or able to commute to our Plymouth, UK office at least once per month.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Growth
- Create tailored affiliate strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action
- Optimize program performance through recruitment, activation, and partner development
- Forecast performance, manage budgets, and provide strategic recommendations
Program Management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple affiliate programs
- Execute promotional campaigns, creative updates, and partner initiativesMonitor performance trends and continuously improve results
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to internal best practices
Client & Partner Leadership
- Lead client calls, business reviews, and strategic discussions
- Communicate performance results clearly and confidently to stakeholders
- Build strong publisher and affiliate relationships, negotiate placements, and secure opportunities
- Support affiliate communication, compliance, payments, and ongoing engagement
Team Collaboration
- Mentor and support Account Coordinators through training and ongoing development
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver best-in-class client service
