We have several exciting opportunities to join as an Intern on a 10-week paid internship within our growing Centre of Excellence in Southampton. You could be selected to work within Investor Services, Accounting, Treasury or Corporate Secretarial, enhancing your work experience portfolio as we grow our business.
Start date: 6 July 2026
End date: 10 September 2026
Please note: We are accepting 2nd and 3rd Year university students only, who are not currently on a student visa.
What's the role?
- Investor Services: Assisting the team with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) & CFT (Countering the Financing of Terrorism) matters to support our multi-jurisdictional business; Filing and maintenance of Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) files; Review and monitoring of client and investor AML-KYC documentation; Assist with administrative workflows; Use AML sanction tools to monitor targeted financial sanctions lists, PEPs and adverse media checks; Assist in testing our new Investor Services platform.
- Accounting: Preparation of monthly / quarterly management accounts; Preparation of financial statements; Preparation of VAT returns; Introduction to our primary accounting systems i.e. Yardi, Investran, NavOne.
- Treasury: Assist in testing our new Treasury platform, and data enrichment; Gatekeep and perform initial quality control on incoming email.
- Corporate Secretarial: Introduction to our governance systems; Preparing covering letters for review for sending documents out; Preparing basic emails for review; Drafting basic minutes and resolutions from templates (with assistance); Producing reports; Assisting with project work.
The ideal background for these opportunities:
- 2nd or 3rd Year undergraduate university students.
- Studying one of the following degrees is preferred: Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Economics, Corporate Governance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work within the UK without sponsorship.
Role Location: This opportunity is based in our Southampton Office and requires an in-office working schedule every day. Working days are Monday to Thursday.
