The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our team and to participate in the development of the Global Treasury function. Initially, the role reports to the Director of Treasury, Europe, but may change depending on the priorities of the team and career preferences of the incumbent.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in all aspects of the transformation to ensure client deliverables are met.
- Be a primary lead to implementing treasury transformation projects (including testing, milestone oversight, documentation and KPI reporting).
- Ensure optimal usage of all new technology across treasury and client service teams.
- Drive change as required and defined by the treasury management team.
- Support coaching and training on all new processes.
- Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
- Support our internal colleagues for any client meetings or updates.
- Respond to enquiries related to the technology program.
- Attend meetings as required to deliver project updates.
- Design and deliver KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal background for this role
- At least 8 years of similar experience.
- Related industry experience an asset but at minimum experience leading shared services teams.
- Competency in cash management systems.
- Knowledge of accounting platforms would be an advantage.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including contributing to and being part of a strong team spirit, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Lead by example and demonstrate firm values.
- Result-orientated with a sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering quality work.
Role Location / Hybrid Schedule
This role can be based in our Southampton office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available and the individual's preferences and circumstances.
