- Level 3 Business Admin around 18 months + EPA
- Level 3 Customer Service around 15 months + EPA
Where will I train?
You’ll work with an employer from day one and attend Gen2 training sessions one day per month at one of our centres in: Workington, Carlisle, Furness. Plus, a Gen2 assessor will visit your workplace to check your progress and support your development.

Each employer will set their own minimum criteria in line with the requirements for the apprenticeship standard. Generally, most will be looking for candidates to have a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 (Grade C) in Maths and English. Functional Skills Level 2 will also be considered as equivalent to GCSE Grade 4 (Grade C).
