CCL Secure are looking for a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative apprentice to join their team!

As a Process Apprentice, you will support production operations across a range of manufacturing departments while completing a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship.

You will work safely, follow quality and product security procedures, and develop practical skills across multiple production processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support production activities within Pre-Press, Counting, Sheeting, Quality, Inks and Press departments.
  • Follow Health, Safety and Environmental procedures at all times.
  • Work in accordance with company quality standards and product security requirements.
  • Assist with machine operation, material handling and production tasks under supervision.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards using 5S principles.
  • Work flexibly across different manufacturing areas as training and competence develop.
  • Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement.
