Tweddle Engineering are looking to recruit a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice to join their team this September! Tweddle Engineering is a well-established engineering company with over 35 years’ experience, working with customers across the UK and internationally. From our site in Kirkbride, Wigton Cumbria, we design, manufacture, and install bespoke plant and equipment. We’re proud of our strong teamwork, friendly culture, and long-term customer relationships — and we’re keen to welcome the next generation into our business.
We’re looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our busy office team. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver or someone at the start of their career who wants to gain:

Key Responsibilities
- General office and administrative support.
- Assisting with HR administration and employee records.
- Supporting basic accounts and invoicing.

- Helping with safe follow-ups and enquiries.
- Keeping records and office systems organised.
