This is a full-time role for a Deputy Registered Care Manager for a children's home in Northwest London. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to working alongside a dedicated clinical team and a highly experienced manager to create a nurturing and supportive home for children that have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). This is a new therapeutic SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) provision in NW London.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the clinical team to develop and implement therapeutic strategies.
- Provide leadership and support to the staff team.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support for the children.
- Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience of working in a similar role within SEMH provisions.
