What You’ll Do
- As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in defining and delivering user‑first solutions across mobile, desktop and web platforms.
- You’ll collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering partners to translate strategy into thoughtful, high‑quality experiences.

What You Bring
- A track record of designing and shipping mobile‑first B2C products at scale, ideally in industries like security, fintech, health, or adjacent spaces.
- Strategic mindset with a keen sense of how design drives user value and business growth.
- Mastery of end‑to‑end product design: UX research, interaction, visual design, and systems thinking.
- A clear, compelling portfolio that demonstrates your design process and product impact.
- Deep user empathy and a belief in data‑informed design decisions.
- Comfortable operating across time zones and cultures; experience with distributed teams is a plus.
- Experience designing for or alongside AI‑driven features—such as personalization, recommendations, or automation—is a strong plus.
- Experience in cybersecurity or financial services is helpful, but curiosity and adaptability matter more.
