About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, the Senior Partner Marketing Manager (DACH) will work closely with the EMEA Strategic Partnership Sales team, supporting growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while contributing to broader European initiatives. The role sits within the Partner Marketing Team as part of the Marketing, Brand & Communications (MBC) organization, collaborating cross‑functionally with sales, product marketing, product management, and regional teams to drive measurable growth through strategic B2B2C partnerships.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead Strategic Partner Marketing Planning: develop and execute comprehensive joint marketing strategies aligned with both Gen and partner business goals, translating deep understanding of partner business models into actionable growth plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Drive Integrated Campaign Execution: design and implement innovative, demand‑generating marketing programs through partner channels that drive sales, product activation, and market expansion in consumer and small business segments.
- Strengthen Senior‑Level Partner Relationships: act as a trusted marketing advisor to senior stakeholders within telecommunications and financial service partners, facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and executive teams.
- Enable and Accelerate Partner Sales Teams: lead partner enablement initiatives including onboarding, training, messaging alignment, and campaign toolkits to equip partner sales and marketing teams to effectively position Norton’s solutions.
- Optimize Performance Through Data & Insights: monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and translate insights into optimization strategies, delivering reporting that demonstrates impact on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
- Collaborate Cross‑Functionally for Regional Growth: partner closely with EMEA Strategic Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure alignment with evolving cybersecurity trends and identify expansion opportunities across Europe.
- Support Market Expansion: identify growth opportunities within existing strategic accounts and help develop go‑to‑market approaches for new accounts and verticals across the region.
About You
- 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably within telecommunications or financial services.
- Proven experience working with large strategic partners in a B2B2C environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior‑level stakeholders.
- Self‑starter with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives without regular oversight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Native‑level German and strong English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel within DACH and Europe as required.
