Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm, with every other Saturday morning 8.30am - 12.00pm paid as overtime

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant to join a well-established trade and retail supplier based in Portadown. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background, ideally within bathrooms, plumbing, interiors, tiles, kitchens, home improvements or a similar showroom environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, providing product advice, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a professional, helpful and consultative service
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
- Prepare accurate quotations, specifications and pricing based on customer needs
- Proactively follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into successful sales
- Plan, organise and coordinate orders, sales and deliveries to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain high showroom standards, ensuring displays are well presented and products are stocked
- Identify new sales opportunities and support the continued growth of the showroom
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Previous experience in a sales, showroom, retail sales or customer-facing sales role
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert enquiries into sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and projects at one time
- Highly organised, self-motivated and professional
- Experience within bathrooms, plumbing, heating, interiors, tiles, kitchens or home improvement sales
- Experience preparing quotations or working with product specifications
- Knowledge of trade or showroom-based sales environments
