Plant Asset Coordinator Craigavon Permanent Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-3pm Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Craigavon, who are currently recruiting a Plant Asset Coordinator to oversee and optimise Plant asset portfolio. Duties Maintain detailed reports of all plant assets, including equipment, machinery, tools and infrastructure. Coordinate routine Maintenance and preventative up keep of Plant equipment Monitor condition of assets throughout their life cycle Conduct regular quality control assessments to ensure assets meet operational standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and reliability. Utilise SAP systems for tracking and reporting on asset performance metrics. Assemble and disassemble equipment as necessary for maintenance or upgrades. Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal supply chain management related to assets. Provide input on capital expenditure planning and future equipment needs. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in asset management or a related field. Demonstrated understanding of business processes and their impact on asset utilisation. Experience in quality control practices within an operational environment. Knowledge of supply chain principles and their relevance to asset management. A commitment to continuous improvement methodologies and practices. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
