Permanent P/T Accounts Administrator required for Lisburn.

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, processing accounts payable, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of financial processes to support the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties will include:

  • Process purchase and sales invoices both onto ledger and SAGE.
  • Reconcile month end as required.
  • Travel coordination - booking hotels and travel for contractors.
  • Reception duties including meeting and greeting.
  • Dealing with telephone calls in a professional manner and responding accordingly.
  • All associated administration including data inputting and word processing.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a busy Finance department.
  • Previous SAGE experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Access to a car due to client location.

Hours of Work: 9.00 am - 1.00 pm Monday - Friday OR 3 full days per week.

Salary: £27,000 pro rata.
