This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced food retail or hospitality manager to step into a high impact role overseeing a busy deli, bakery, hot food counters, prep kitchen, chippy, coffee treats section, a bar and ready-to-eat production.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading day-to-day operations across multiple busy food departments
- Managing, motivating and developing a large team
- Driving sales, profitability and reducing waste
- Creating exciting new food offerings and seasonal products
- Managing rotas, staffing levels and team performance
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and food quality standards
- Overseeing stock control, ordering and supplier coordination
- Ensuring full HACCP, allergen and food hygiene compliance
- Keeping departments inspection-ready with 5-star hygiene standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years management experience within food retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- HACCP trained with Level 2 Food Safety minimum
- Knowledge of allergens and Natasha's Law
- Experience managing stock, margins and busy operations
- Organised, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment
