We are pleased to share that our client is on the look for a Food Safety & Quality Team Leader role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced food safety professional to join their team in a key leadership position within a food manufacturing environment.
Role Details
- 36 hours per week - Monday to Thursday
- Working Time: 6:00am - 3:45pm
- Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Essential Criteria
- Third-level qualification in Food Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience and working knowledge of BRC, ISO, and RSPO audits in a food manufacturing environment
- HACCP Level 2 and/or Food Safety Level 2 certification
- Proficient in managing customer technical portals
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good health and safety awareness
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet occasional factory support needs
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience managing and developing a team
- Experience using Sage 200 in a production environment
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
