F/T Permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk required for Newry. Duties will include:
- Invoice and supplier reconciliations
- Resolving transaction queries
- Preparing supplier payments
- The provision of cover across other functions within the Finance Team
- Any other duties required to fulfill the role.
Essential Criteria:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced finance environment
- Experience using a fully integrated IT system for invoice payments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Maintains confidentiality when handling financial information
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
