Key Responsibilities Include:
- Process high-volume weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time, ensuring all data from time and attendance systems is captured and verified.
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage starters, leavers, and salary changes, ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment and onboarding requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory and payroll-related payments, including BACS, PAYE, and pension contributions, ensuring all deadlines are met and confidentiality is maintained.
- Produce payroll reports and reconciliations, including monthly analysis, manpower reports, and year-end summaries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to payroll queries, delivering excellent support to employees while keeping up to date with payroll and pension legislation.
Essential Criteria:
