Duties Provide team leadership and management of the Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure team.

Implementing a structured preventative maintenance program to support business objectives.

Leading and motivating a multiskilled maintenance team, ensuring accountability and addressing performance issues where necessary.

Enhancing operational efficiency by minimising waste and improving energy usage.

Collaborating with senior management on site operations, capital projects, and budget control.

Embed a mind-set of continuous improvement and customer service throughout the team.

Essential 3rd level qualified from a mechanical & electrical maintenance background.

5-8 years experience as a Manager in a technical role.

Demonstrated Safety leadership through training & experience.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.

Confidence to lead by example, work independently, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on achieving results.
