F/t Permanent Receptionist required for one of Northern Ireland's leading law firms based in Lisburn.
Duties will include:
- Answering calls in a professional manner and transferring or responding accordingly
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- All associated administration duties
Full training will be provided.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Receptionist experience within a busy office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
