F/T Permanent Optical Assistant required for Lisburn.
Job Details:
- General reception duties to include meeting and greeting patients, answering telephone calls, making appointments, ordering lenses and contact lenses, and maintaining our filing system.
- Assisting with choosing glasses to suit style and budget whilst providing advice and information.
- Carry out minor repairs and adjustments on glasses.
Essential criteria:
- Previous customer service/retail experience ideally within an Opticians (but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Willing to learn new skills every day.
Hours of work: 37.5 hrs per week to include 1 late evening to 7.00 pm (rota based later start) and Saturday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.
Salary: £24,784.50 per annum.
