You will oversee daily operations, manage HGV and van schedules, coordinate deliveries and collections, and organise cross-channel runs. You will also support customers and drivers, manage recruitment and annual leave, and oversee payroll administration. Experience in transport planning or transport management is essential. A full driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate HGV and van movements, allocating vehicles and drivers efficiently. Schedule deliveries and collections, keeping customers informed of arrangements. Organise cross-channel runs, including routes, timings and travel arrangements. Manage driver availability, annual leave and staffing cover. Oversee timesheets and payroll administration. Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and inspections. Essential Requirements Previous experience in transport planning or transport management. A full driving licence. Knowledge of transport compliance and drivers hours requirements.
