Permanent Fitter/Service Engineer required for Lisburn with an immediate start. My client is looking for a skilled Fitter/Service Engineer, a trusted manufacturer and installer of awnings and roller shutters for an extensive commercial client base across NI. With products ranging from retractable pergolas, parasols, café barriers, terrace screens, planters, roller garage doors, and window blinds, our client is proud to deliver high-quality solutions with exceptional workmanship.
Duties will include:
- Preparing vans for daily installations and repairs
- Installing awnings, roller shutters, and related products
- Repairing and maintaining equipment (including working at height using ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment)
- Keeping your work area and van clean and organised
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience as fitter/mechanical service engineering and welding experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to work both on-site and in-house
- A hardworking, reliable professional with customer-facing experience
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering excellent results
- Full clean driving licence
Salary: £14.35 per hour, OT 1.5 times after 40 hrs
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
