Permanent Duties:

  • Setting the machine to attain effective running and ensuring that the first off approval is as per customer specification and conducted as outlined in the Quality Procedure.
  • Running the machine at optimum speed whilst ensuring that the appropriate standard of quality is maintained.
  • Implementation of the Companies Maintenance program & maintaining a clean and tidy work environment and completing associated documentation.
  • Compliance with relevant procedures to ensure work is of acceptable quality and systems followed.
  • Training Apprentices & machine operatives and other team members as necessary.
  • Compliance with all relevant procedures relating to Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, Quality, Chain of Custody, Environmental and any other Standards that the company may wish to introduce plus Health & Safety regulations.
  • Performing other duties deemed necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

  • Proven track record demonstrating your ability to operate Die Cutters.
  • Methodical approach with the ability to work on own initiative.

  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work various shifts and overtime.
