Permanent Duties:
- Setting the machine to attain effective running and ensuring that the first off approval is as per customer specification and conducted as outlined in the Quality Procedure.
- Running the machine at optimum speed whilst ensuring that the appropriate standard of quality is maintained.
- Implementation of the Companies Maintenance program & maintaining a clean and tidy work environment and completing associated documentation.
- Compliance with relevant procedures to ensure work is of acceptable quality and systems followed.
- Training Apprentices & machine operatives and other team members as necessary.
- Compliance with all relevant procedures relating to Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, Quality, Chain of Custody, Environmental and any other Standards that the company may wish to introduce plus Health & Safety regulations.
- Performing other duties deemed necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
