This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, high-performing trade counter with a strong existing customer base. Our client is open to candidates from a range of technical sales and trade environments. Previous plumbing experience is desirable but not essential, provided you have relevant transferable experience and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities Serving trade and retail customers at a busy plumbing counter. Providing product advice and excellent customer service. Processing orders, quotations and sales transactions. Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Handling telephone enquiries and assisting with product queries. Supporting stock management and product availability. Identifying sales opportunities and promoting relevant products. Working alongside an experienced team to achieve targets. What We're Looking For We welcome applications from candidates with experience in: Plumbing and heating supplies Builders' merchants Electrical wholesalers Hardware and DIY Construction and building materials Technical sales Trade counter or customer-facing sales roles The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, good customer service experience and the ability to work in a busy environment.
