£14.00 – £18.00 per hour depending on experience (training will be provided)
Monday – Friday (may include weekends) 5/6am – 3/4pm
Gentech are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Crumlin, who are expanding on their team of Trainee/Slaughter Hall Operatives
Duties
- Working in a facility which produces beef and lamb products to the highest standards of animal welfare and hygiene
- Ability to dress and eviscerate cattle and lambs to required standard.
- Good knife skills.
- Packing and labelling of offal products
- Dispatching of carcasses and boxed items as required, including documentation checks
- Ensuring consistently good manufacturing practices are being maintained

- Excellent personal hygiene habits
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Experience is similar environment would be advantageous.
- Good timekeeper.
