HR and Payroll Administrator Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh Permanent | 24 hours over 3 days | Monday essential | Office based Salary negotiable An established hospitality business is recruiting an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to support its busy team. You must have personally run a payroll and have a hospitality background. Youll support fortnightly payroll processing alongside day-to-day HR administration, working closely with the HR and Accounts Managers. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and processing payroll information, checking timesheets and resolving discrepancies. Maintaining accurate records of holidays, absence, starters and leavers. Responding to payroll and HR queries professionally and confidentially. Supporting recruitment, induction and onboarding. Maintaining employee records, contracts and HR documentation. Assisting with appraisals, training and employee relations. Essential requirements: At least two years HR and payroll experience, including direct responsibility for running payroll. Previous experience in the hospitality industry. CIPD Level 5 in HR Management or a recognised equivalent; candidates working towards this may be considered. Associate CIPD or MCIPD membership. A sound understanding of employment law. Strong IT skills, including ECDL and experience with relevant software such as Sage. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and discretion.
