Gentech Recruitment is pleased to be working in partnership with our client based in Enniskillen, who are currently expanding their team and seeking a talented Food and Beverage Manager to join their prestigious resort.
The Role
As the F&B Manager, you will be overseeing restaurant, bar, and casual dining outlets. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, exceptional service delivery, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front, being highly visible on the floor to ensure seamless, 5-star service delivery across all F&B touchpoints.
- Recruit, mentor, motivate, and train a large team of managers, supervisors, and service staff.
- Drive revenue and manage department profitability through meticulous P&L analysis, cost control, and strategic menu pricing.
- Act as the face of the department, responding to guest feedback and ensuring world-class luxury standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events teams to curate high-impact promotions and deliver flawless banqueting.
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, and strictly enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Essential Criteria
- Proven track record in a senior F&B management role within a 4 or 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong ability to lead, delegate, and foster a collaborative culture between the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Deep understanding of food/beverage cost controls, labor scheduling, and operational budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency with modern hospitality software/POS systems, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.
