Salary: The Role As an Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving conference, wedding, and event bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to event confirmation.

You will showcase the resort, build strong client relationships, and ensure every event is planned with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Respond to conference, wedding, and event enquiries promptly and professionally.

Coordinate all event bookings using Opera and other internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Liaise with the reservations team regarding guest accommodation and room allocations where required.

Prepare booking documentation, rooming lists, and function sheets with complete event details.

Maximise revenue opportunities by promoting meeting rooms, conference facilities, accommodation, and additional resort services.

Arrange client meetings and assist in planning client events alongside the management team.

Essential Criteria Previous experience in an Events Coordinator, Conference & Events, or similar hospitality role.

Confident negotiating with clients and building long-term relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Benefits Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience).
