The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for guests. Working within a professional and collaborative kitchen environment, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in a renowned hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with established recipes and standards
- Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring readiness for service
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency within your station
- Monitor ingredient quality and minimise waste
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs on menu development and improvements
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Essential Criteria
- Relevant culinary qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) or recognised industry training
- Previous experience working at Chef de Partie level
- Experience within a busy kitchen environment, ideally including banqueting
- Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to cooking
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for food and delivering high-quality dining experiences
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK/NI

- Experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment
