Permanent Electrical Maintenance Engineer required for Lisburn.
Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.
Duties will include: Perform necessary repairs to minimise downtime and ensure consistent process availability.
Lead and execute preventative maintenance activities to improve productivity and reduce long-term costs.
Identify and facilitate engineering solutions for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Maintain all process and auxiliary equipment across the facility with a focus on improving uptime and reducing expenses.
Record and report maintenance and repair details using appropriate systems (Maintenance Management and IT systems).
Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant electrical trade, preferably through a recognised apprenticeship scheme.
Proven track record in electrical maintenance and fault finding, ideally in a heavy engineering or industrial environment.
Experience with continuous improvement processes, preventative maintenance techniques, and contractor management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Sound electrical background Familiarity with health & safety regulations.
Adaptability to new equipment and technology.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to development.
Competent with IT systems for maintenance reporting and management Hours of Work: Monday Friday 08:30 hrs

Salary: £35,000
