The Role Cutting, trimming and preparing fresh meat products to a high standard. Weighing, pricing, packaging and labelling products accurately. Monitoring stock, rotating products and checking use-by dates. Maintaining excellent food hygiene, quality and temperature-control standards. Minimising waste through effective preparation and stock management. Supporting and training Butchery Assistants. Assisting with promotions and seasonal product ranges. About You Previous experience working as a Butcher. Strong knife skills and meat-preparation knowledge. Good understanding of food hygiene and safe handling procedures.
