- Current registration on the NMC Live Register as a Level 1 Nurse.
- Full UK Driving License and access to a car.
- A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years within a relevant care setting.
- A genuine passion for developing nursing and care staff to deliver high standards of resident care and positive outcomes.
- Strong competence in person-centred care planning, with the ability to maintain meaningful, compliant, and accurate care records.
