Duties
- To manage a programme of quality assurance activity by ensuring that products manufactured and supplied by the company are safe, legal, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Manage all Production plans.
- Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
- Oversee the assembly process and ensure products are manufactured on time and within quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
- Lead and mentor production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in Food production management.
- Strong understanding of production systems and KPI's.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize production efficiency.
- Knowledge of HACCP and be able to keep it updated.
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide production teams towards success.
