Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Kilkeel, who are expanding their team and are looking for a Production Manager.

Duties

  • To manage a programme of quality assurance activity by ensuring that products manufactured and supplied by the company are safe, legal, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage all Production plans.
  • Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
  • Oversee the assembly process and ensure products are manufactured on time and within quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
  • Lead and mentor production staff to enhance performance and productivity.

Experience

  • Proven experience in Food production management.
  • Strong understanding of production systems and KPI's.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize production efficiency.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and be able to keep it updated.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide production teams towards success.
