Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established client in Annalong who are expanding their kitchen team and looking for an experienced Cook to join them on a permanent basis.
Location: Annalong
Pay Rate: £13.87 per hour
Hours: Full-time 42.5 hours per week (between 8am - 7pm)

The Role:
Youll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.
Duties include:
- Preparing ingredients and cooking meals to specification
- Following recipes and production methods accurately
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Carrying out quality and safety checks
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
What were looking for:
- At least 2 years experience in a catering or kitchen environment
- Previous experience preparing fresh food
- Level 2 Food Safety qualification
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Desirable:
- Experience in a fresh food production kitchen
- Supervisory experience
- Experience working to targets or budgets
