Gentech Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a growing food production company based in Cookstown. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong long-term prospects and full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and deliver production targets efficiently
- Oversee raw material flow and ensure finished product quality standards
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene standards, HACCP regulations, and safety audits
- Lead, train, and develop production staff, including workforce planning and scheduling
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing waste and optimising processes
- Manage supply chain, inventory, and production budgets to meet cost targets
Requirements
