Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Craigavon, who are currently recruiting for a BMS Assembly Supervisor. The BMS Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of all BMS/Controls containment, cabling, termination and commissioning of Building Management Systems within our assembly facilities. You will work alongside the Project Manager to supervise the full BMS lifecycle from installation through to post-handover performance, ensuring systems are efficient, fully integrated, and aligned with client and project objectives.
Duties
- Review and understand the BMS engineering scope across multiple projects.
- Oversee subcontracted BMS installation/commissioning inline with project programmes
- Attend daily meetings (Weekly progress meetings) to ensure we are satisfied with current progress and the forecast of up-and-coming works and highlight any risks to Project delivery
- Ensure your sub contractors are working as efficiently as possible.
- Ensure materials are readily available for subcontractors while reviewing stock levels and providing additional take offs to allow for seamless installation.
- Ensure all drawings that the site teams are working on are the correct revision
- Ensure company HSEQ policies & procedures are adhered to throughout the duration of the Project
- Ensure all RAMS are in place and signed for all subcontractors
- Correspond directly with Project manager and associated Contractors where necessary throughout the duration of the Project.
- Assess requirements for labour and sub-contractors to undertake various elements of installation work.
- Manage all BMS sub-contractors to ensure they fulfil company requirements
- Ability to set out your own workload and prioritise the key elements of the Project to ensure we deliver Project Programmes
