About the Role:

My client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to service and grow their hospitality customer base across the foodservice sector. This role focuses on supplying fresh produce to hotels, restaurants and premium hospitality businesses. The successful candidate will be the face of the business in the market building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering excellent service backed by quality produce.

Duties will include:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of hospitality customers throughout Northern Ireland
  • Develop strong relationships with chefs, kitchen managers, and business owners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide product knowledge on fresh produce, seasonality, and availability
  • Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor pricing, margins, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven vast experience within B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own territory
  • Passion for fresh food and customer service
  • Valid driver's licence

Salary: £34,000 + OTE bonus circa 10%
