Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Belfast, who are expanding their team and are requiring a Lead Generation Specialist.
Job Purpose: Building and strengthening commercial relationships within new/existing business opportunities within machinery and Engineering Services.
Duties:
- Build and maintain a structured database of prospective customers and key decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls and send professional follow-up emails.
- Identify the appropriate contacts within engineering, maintenance, operations or procurement teams.
- Carry out structured follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Accurately record activity, outcomes and next steps.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to hand over qualified opportunities.
Experience:
- Experience or knowledge of engineering, machinery, manufacturing or technical services would be a strong advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.
- Experience using CRM systems or maintaining structured sales databases.
- Experience and/or understanding of brand awareness and marketing principles.
