Permanent Internal Sales Administrator required for Lisburn. Duties will include:

  • Processing telephone and email enquiries from customers and trade professionals
  • Generating sales quotations and sales orders
  • Outbound telephone sales promoting existing and new products
  • Liaising with customers to inform them of any discrepancies or stock availability issues, finding suitable alternative products and upselling when possible
  • Creating and reviewing sales report analysis as required
  • Providing internal sales support to field sales representatives
  • Providing product and after sales support to customers, trade professionals and end users
  • Dealing with customer price and invoice queries
  • Providing copy PODs and invoices
  • Representing the company at industry trade shows and marketing events

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous sales/customer service experience required within the plumbing, heating or bathroom industry.
  • A good technical understanding of plumbing products, bathroom installations or trade counter environments would be an advantage
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Ability to liaise well with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be a strong team player and can work on own initiative
  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • A high level of organisational skills & the ability to multi-task
  • A desire to learn about our suppliers, products, customers and systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels
  • Deal with aftersales queries in a friendly professional manner

Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm & Friday: 8.30am - 4.00pm

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
