Gen Tech Recruitment are currently recruiting for Groundworkers / Construction Operatives to join a busy and growing team based out of Mallusk. This is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity, offering steady, full-time work with the chance of a permanent position for the right candidates.
The Role
- Working on void and tenanted properties
- Kerbing, flagging, fencing, block work and concreting
- General groundworks and construction duties
- Moving and installing materials on site
- Using tools and equipment as required
- Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe
Requirements
- CSR Card (essential)
- Full driving licence (essential)
- Previous experience in construction / groundworks
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
Whats on Offer
- £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full-time hours (approx. 42.5 hours per week)
