You will carry out responsive repairs, testing, maintenance, inspections, and planned electrical works across our clients extensive housing portfolio.
- Carrying out electrical repairs and fault finding
- Performing testing and inspection works
- Undertaking planned maintenance and improvement projects
- Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Delivering excellent customer service to residents
- Participating in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota (approximately 1 week in every 12)
Essential Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- Ability to participate in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota
- Current full UK Driving Licence
