Gentech Recruitment are looking for Chefs & Cooks to work in the Lisburn area, for our client on a temporary basis with a current placement starting ASAP. The shifts will be a mixture of early and late shifts, with the latest finish around 7pm. This is located within a security base in Lisburn, so a security check will be required before starting employment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cooking at some level
- HACCP & Manual handling certs
- As Cook you will have a clean and friendly appearance
- Willingness to work alone or as part of a team
- Good level of spoken & written English
- A full security clearance application form will require completion prior to work
Chef Responsibilities:
- Preparing & serving a great standard of food at all times
- Minimising waste and ensuring good stock rotation
- Complete all relevant food safety paperwork
- Prepping sections so the shift is ready for service
- Ensuring that the kitchen area is clean and tidy
