Permanent Administrative Assistant required for Locally Homegrown Business based in Crumlin

Duties will include:

  • Ensure that all telephone calls and enquiries received are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
  • Organising filing systems and updating and maintaining office databases
  • All associated administration required to fulfil the duties of the role.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous administration experience, including producing Excel reports is essential
  • Intermediate IT skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational & time management skills
  • Information seeking and handling
  • Ability to multi task, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to include relationship building skills
  • Due to client location access to a car is essential.

Hours of Work: Monday Thursday 08:30 am – 17:00 pm & Friday 08:30 am – 16:00 pm
