Our unique programme
We recognize that deciding on an actuarial role at the beginning of your career can be a daunting and confusing prospect. Our programme, over the course of 24 months, will provide you with the opportunity to experience multiple aspects of actuarial work, across different business areas and working with a variety of different people.
Our structured programme will enable you to progress and learn quickly, supported by functional managers, independent mentors, and shared experiences with other graduates on the programme.
We also provide you with full support including days off for your actuarial studies and exams.

We are committed to helping you to maximise your potential while on our programme:
- In your first two weeks, we provide you with a structured induction programme to help welcome and prepare you for your role
- We support you through your actuarial studies and exams including days off to study
- We provide learning opportunities on each placement, including structured on‑the‑job training, technical briefings, professional education courses and self‑study
- Rotation to work in different areas of the business and departments (which will include a placement overseas)
- We will also provide you with a buddy and a mentor
About you

Committed to studying for actuarial exams
You have a 2.1 or higher degree in a numerate subject. You have 3 or more ‘A’ levels (grades A to C), plus GCSE Maths and English (both minimum grade B). You have good IT skills including Microsoft Excel and ideally R. You can start with us in September 2026 and have an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
