What will be your responsibilities?
- Managing a diverse portfolio of international tourism clients, including National Tourism Organizations (NTOs), Hotels, and Resorts
- Formulating a comprehensive media relations strategy to secure high-level placements across print, broadcast, and online media
- Coordinating all public relations activities to ensure cohesive and effective communication
- Harnessing existing media relationships and establishing new contacts within business and industry media
- Pitching to the media for editorial opportunities, both for clients and the agency
- Crafting compelling content, including press releases, pitches, and other editorial copy
- Monitoring, analyzing, and effectively communicating PR results
- Organizing and hosting press trips to enhance media engagement
- Evaluating potential partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Securing Influencer and Celebrity endorsements to amplify brand presence
- Creating and disseminating press releases to targeted audiences
- Handling media inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
- Attending and managing key industry PR events to bolster brand visibility
- Coordinating press conferences and other public appearances
- Collaborating with the leadership team on new business pitches
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in executing PR campaigns, with experience in the tourism industry being advantageous.
- Proficient in handling day-to-day operations, media monitoring, and campaign reporting
