What will be your responsibilities?
- Working on a diverse portfolio of international tourism clients, including National Tourism Organizations (NTOs), Hotels, and Resorts.
- Collaborate within an account team to implement effective PR strategies and plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media professionals, addressing day-to-day inquiries from the media and other organizations.
- Monitor diverse media channels, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media platforms, and blogs, to identify opportunities for clients.
- Conduct research and disseminate targeted press releases to the media.
- Compile and analyze media coverage, generating comprehensive clipping reports.
- Contribute to the organization of PR events, such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press/influencer trips.
- Support in identifying speaker opportunities and exploring suitable brand collaborations.
- Manage and curate content on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, engaging with users to enhance brand presence.
- Generate regular client reports and actively participate in client meetings.
- Conduct research for new business proposals and present findings to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, Journalism or similar fields.
- A solid 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in PR, showcasing a track record of successfully boosting brand visibility.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft sharp, witty narratives that captivate and inspire.
- Expertise in media relations with a good network in media, capable of turning influencers and journalists into enthusiastic advocates.
