Purpose: To drive and improve the business Quality Management System, and provide assurance to the Senior Management Team & Internal audits.
QMS Administration & Maintenance
- Maintain and update QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring proper versioning, review, and approval workflows.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), nonconformances, and change control processes.
Compliance & Audits
- Support internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer, etc.).
- Maintain audit schedules, records, and follow-up on audit findings and corrective actions.
Training & Support
- Coordinate and track employee quality training and QMS awareness.
- Provide support and training for QMS and document control procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for QMS-related queries and issues.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for QMS process improvement and efficiency.
- Design ISO compliant QMS system.
- Participate in quality meetings and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality and compliance standards.
