Purpose: To drive and improve the business Quality Management System, and provide assurance to the Senior Management Team & Internal audits.

QMS Administration & Maintenance

  • Maintain and update QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Manage document control processes, ensuring proper versioning, review, and approval workflows.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), nonconformances, and change control processes.

Compliance & Audits

  • Support internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer, etc.).
  • Maintain audit schedules, records, and follow-up on audit findings and corrective actions.

Training & Support

  • Coordinate and track employee quality training and QMS awareness.
  • Provide support and training for QMS and document control procedures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for QMS-related queries and issues.
  • Identify opportunities for QMS process improvement and efficiency.
  • Design ISO compliant QMS system.
