Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth running of our people processes.

The Role
As Human Resources Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of HR, including onboarding, HR systems management, payroll administration, reporting, benefits, compliance, and employee wellbeing activities.
You will be a trusted member of the HR team, ensuring employee records are maintained accurately, processes are completed efficiently, and colleagues receive excellent support throughout their employment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Prepare offers of employment, contracts and new starter documentation
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all required paperwork is completed
- Conduct right-to-work and employment compliance checks
- Set up new employees across HR, payroll and benefits systems
- Arrange probation review meetings and maintain employee records
- Coordinate uniform orders and employee identification requirements
- HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems
- Support workflow administration and system updates
- Manage training records, certifications and employee files
- Support the review and maintenance of job descriptions
- Ensure HR records remain accurate, compliant and up to date
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Prepare monthly payroll information and supporting reports
- Administer pensions, healthcare and insurance schemes
- Support annual salary review and bonus communications
- Process employee expenses and other payroll-related administration
- Assist with employee benefits enrolment and renewals
- Reporting & HR Analytics
- Produce regular HR reports and workforce data
- Monitor absence triggers and support attendance management processes
- Maintain temporary worker records and compliance documentation
- Support statutory and business reporting requirements
- Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Liaise with Occupational Health providers as required
- Support return-to-work administration and record management
- Maintain health and safety documentation relating to employees
- Employee Engagement & Compliance
- Support employee recognition programmes and company events
- Assist with policy reviews and document management
- Monitor compliance training and employment documentation requirements
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
You will ideally have
- Previous experience in an HR Administration, Administration or compliance-focused role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with HR systems and managing employee data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
