To enable our further growth, we are looking for a Production Quality Engineer.
They will act as sole Quality contact for assigned production area; to lead & become accountable for area’s Quality performance.
To lead investigations via 8D process, govern outstanding actions and drive quality improvements through the area.
To be responsible for Quality standards & inspection criteria.
Responsibilities
- Triage & lead initial Quality investigation (via 8D / 6 Sigma approach); assign corrective action to respective offender group
- Govern area’s quality metric performance & assign corrective actions
- Develop / Maintain Quality standards & perform training to affected personnel as necessary
- Recommend & implement Quality improvement actions
- Act as ‘go-to’ person for area for any Quality-related issue

- Have proven experience in a similar quality engineer role
