We're looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our talent acquisition team, focusing on attracting, engaging, and supporting the hiring of early-careers talent in Europe. As a trainee, you'll assist with a variety of recruitment activities, helping to build strong partnerships with students, universities, and hiring managers while gaining valuable experience in the early careers recruiting process. What you'll be doing
- Support the end-to-end early careers recruiting lifecycle, from outreach to offer acceptance
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for internships, summer placements, and graduate roles
- Help create pipelines of suitable candidates for open and upcoming opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and meet timelines
- Learn and apply current best practices for sourcing direct candidates to include LinkedIn, social media and job boards
- Assist with the employee referral process for all European applications
- Support the preparation of contracts for new European hires
- Help build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers and student organizations
- Promote employer brand through college and university presence, social media, and virtual events
- Attend and help coordinate career events such as fairs, info sessions, workshops, and networking events
- Liaising with local employment services to advertise and update on opportunities and candidates
- Monitoring group inbox and responding to ad hoc candidate approaches
